Pedralbes

Pedralbes is a neighbourhood in the city of Barcelona. One of the high-end neighbourhoods par excellence in Barcelona. It is located between Avenida Diagonal, Cervantes Park, Collserola Natural Park and J.V. Foix Avenue. The neighbourhood belongs administratively to the municipal district of Les Corts, although the inhabitants who live there feel part of Sarrià due to its proximity. They enjoy high purchasing power, especially those who reside in luxurious residences on the well-known Pearson Avenue. In this neighbourhood we can find, on the one hand, isolated single-family buildings surrounded by gardens, with noble entrances and on the other, blocks of high-end apartment buildings, many of them with large communal areas and swimming pools. It is also worth mentioning points of interest such as the Monastery of Pedralbes, the gardens of the Royal Palace of Pedralbes or the Cervantes Park.
